Situated on the former commercial site with ‘The Entertainer’ as a previous tenant, the site is in the immediate proximity to bus and rail links servicing all the towns and villages in the surrounding area as well as convenient direct access to London. A wide range of leisure facilities on the doorstep including Cassiobury Park and Watford Football Club being just a short walk from the site.Recently the Town Centre has seen a great deal of change to its High Street undergoing a £375 million pounds transformation including the extension of its flagship INTU Shopping Centre, attracting brands such as TGI Fridays, Debenhams, Cineworld IMAX & Hollywood Bowl located just a few yards away from the site. Watford project involved a drylining package for 32 units, including a commercial space and residential area on the top floors. With a project value of £0.5 million, the Watford project stands as a testament to our dedication to delivering outstanding construction solutions, regardless of the project's size.
